Ice Age: Collision Course Story & Synopsis
Ice Age 5: Collision Course begins, as the franchise usually does, with Scrat desperately trying to hide his acorn. The effort has him tumble through ice and has him inadvertently set off a flying saucer, casting him into outer space. The alien space shuttle has Scrat hitting other planets, before he gets ejected out of the alien space ship, along with his acorn. He, then, tries to bury the acorn in an asteroid, which has a part of the asteroid split and heading towards Earth fast. This further sets off a meteor shower towards the Earth. To make matters worse, Scrat uses the space ship to cause even more chaos on Earth. So, in order to save the earth from a complete destruction by the meteors and asteroids, Buck, Manny, Sid and Diego go on a mission to avert the asteroids and meteors from hitting the earth.
