A renowned industrialist Yash Kapoor is dead in the presence of Psychiatrist Kiyana Verma, she runs from the crime scene and goes to her best friend Saba Salim to confide in her. A Man (Hitman) is keeping an eye on Kiyana’s every movement.

The episode starts with a cold opening of Anaya’s (Kiyana’s friend) suicide in the past (3 yrs back) which turns out to be the main reason why Kiyana goes overboard to help her patients.
