Music Director Shakthi

Shakthi is a Tamil film actor. He is the son of film director P. Vasu and began his career in his father`s films as a child artiste.

Sakthi featured as a child artist in his father`s successful, Chinna Thambi in 1991, portraying the younger version of the charcter played by Prabhu. Furthermore, he went on to star in Nadigan featuring Sathyaraj. In 2007, he returned in the lead role in the film Thottal Poo Malarum directed by his father, however the film failed to become successful at the box-office. Since he has featured in the romcom Mahesh Saranya Matrum Palar , another unsuccessful film. He appeared in a supporting role in Ninaithale Inikkum, and his role was appreciated by critics, and the film broke even.

He is currently acting in several films including Aattanayagan, Vanjikottai Vaaliban, Aetho Saithai Ennai and Kallachiripazhaga.
