S.S.Rajendran, impressed me from the very first movie in which I saw him. I saw him in MANAPANDAL, while I was stationed in Malacca. Subsequently, I found him parallel to M.G.Ramachandran. S.S.R. as I always refer to him, became an MLA before MGR. Both continued their cinematic carrier honestly, subsequent to their position as law makers. Composers, of course, composed to divulge their political thought. We best see them, when we compare them to parallel actors.
