Good theator, but ticekt ...
Good theator, but ticekt proce is competitive higher, mall is non working so may be you have to use stairs to rwach at third floor. Leg- space is very short

The mall is 70% non functional. ...
The mall is 70% non functional. Cinamax is good as a hall. Seats at the center area are uncomfortable and damaged. Back seats are super comfortable.

Pretty well maintained cinema, sadly ignored due to the 'curse' that is Devarc Mall itself, where no shops can stay open.

Multiplex is the only place which is in good condition in the whole mall. Sound system is also good.
